this blog site needs a date created

Stub i haven't finished writing this yet. i publish drafts early as part of WFD 17.

language warning i wrote this at 2am and i'm annoyed. there's swearing.

the problem

WFD 16 says "updated, not created: only the last-modified date matters." i wrote that. i beleived it. what a dumbass decision and i made it myself which makes it worse.

i changed the stub admonition across every draft WFD and now all ten files have the same fucking timestamp. WFD 20 from february looks like it was written today. that sucks.

for

• tell when somethign was originally written even after mass updates
• old WFDs shouldnt look fresh because i fixed a typo

against

• WFD 16 explicitly decided against this, changing it means updating schema and every existing doc
• two dates means two things to maintain and two things that can be wrong
